Jared Asch gave us a stellar performance on the mound throwing 6.1 innings of 3 hit ball. The Peglegs got some very timely hitting and great at bats against a very good pitcher. The last inning is something I’d like to forget but we kept our composure and ended the game with a 6-4-3 double play with the tying run on third. Malcolm Hubbell made a great scoop to cap off the DP. 3-1 in league play now. Next game is at Pier 40 against Newtown again. The game will start at 4:15pm. Great job boys.
