[From Coach Carlesi, Facebook] Congratulations to the Peglegs on their 5th win of the season. The Peglegs defeated John Adams HS 3-2 at the parade grounds today. Jared Asch threw a complete game giving up just 4 hits and 1 earned run. The Peglegs did not have much offense either but wore down one to the best pitchers in the league and capitalized on key mistakes made by Adams defense. The key point of the game was Micheal Gillow throwing a runner out at the plate early in the game and smart base running by Max Onderdonk and Khyber Sen. You guys never gave up!!!
