Stuyvesant had 10 hits on the day but could not bunch them together. Once again bad base running and missing signs lost us the game. Owen Potter was the starting pitcher but had trouble finding the plate. He was to work around his 6 walks and only give up 2 runs. Khyber Sen came in and held down the fort but in the end gave up the walkoff hit in the bottom of the seventh. Malcolm Hubbell, Jeremy Rubin and Max Onderdonk all had a multi- hit game but 10 strikeouts on the day hurt us as well in key situations. Next week the Peglegs will be playing Norman Thomas HS at the parade grounds on Wednesday and Friday, weather permitting. Come out and get us back on a winning streak.
