[Adapted from GameChanger] Four RBI Day For Luca Bielski Brings In Win For Stuyvesant Peglegs JV Over Manhattan Center For Science & Math Luca Bielski was clutch at the plate with runners on base on Monday, driving in four on two hits to lead Stuyvesant Peglegs JV past Manhattan Center for Science & Math 16-0 on Monday. Bielski drove in runs on a single in the first and a double in the first. Stuyvesant secured the victory thanks to nine runs in the first inning. The Peglegs’ offense in the inning came from singles by Bielski, Jooahn Sur, and Julian Cunningham, doubles by Jordan Gray and Bielski, and an error on a ball put in play by Elias Bernstein. Stuyvesant got on the board in the first inning. Bielski singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run. Max Mah led the Stuyvesant to victory on the pitcher’s mound. He lasted two innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out five and walking one. Stuyvesant tallied ten hits on the day. Gray, Bielski, and Sur all managed multiple hits for Stuyvesant. Sur, Bielski, and Gray each collected two hits to lead the Peglegs. Stuyvesant didn’t commit a single error in the field.
