Iravan Bhattacharyya made his first start since late March, coming off a back injury and got the win for the Peglegs. Stuy scored in each of the first five innings with timely hits and aggressive base running while also taking advantage of four Lion errors. Bhattacharyya was strong in his return to the mound, throwing six innings, striking out six and allowing four runs on five hits and three walks. Julian Malenda came in to close the game, striking out two. The bats were led by Axel Riess who had three rbi on two hits including a double. Jeremy Lee had two hits, two walks and three runs scored. Julian Duran and Sam Levine added two hits each. Freshman Victor Kamrowski started in left field and doubled for his first PSAL hit. Game NotesBhattacharyya’s start was his first since March 31.
