Stuyvesant’s bats fell silent Friday against the Warrior’s scoring only 2 runs after massing an 18 run game vs New Dorp.
*Jasper Yu-Dawidowicz took the loss for the Peglegs. Jasper went 5 innings giving up 4 runs(3 earned), striking out 4 and walking just 1 batter.
* Charlie Winer had the best day at the plate going 2-3 and 2 RBI’s. Axel Riess reached on an error and had 2 stolen bases. Andrew Choi also added two hits, a double in the first and a single in the 5th.
The Peglegs drop to 5-2 on the season going into the vacation break.
